Trying to get back onto healthy food again. I ate Chinese last night, leftovers. But did eat a healthy keto salad, so points for that. Today I had a wonderful Harvest Grain Salad from Farm Boy that was delicious and satisfying. I love that it was 40% of Iron!! And 200 % of vit A and C. I had lunch at dinner time because I slept in, so off track with timing. Trying to keep it low fat for the rest of the day, and get those cholesterol burning foods in.
