After my gain this week, thought I better get off my butt and do something about it. Was pretty good this weekend, even went out with friends and didn't cheat! I did exercise, yesterday was alittle easier to get up and go walking, today was alittle harder but my daughter got me going and I feel great! I hope to loss alittle this week, hope to be under 270 this week. Have goals in my head that I would love to adhere by but don't know if they are realistic or not. Here is to a great week with losing weight!!! This see what Friday brings!
