Inexplicably up to 165 this morning. Have been following the diet pretty closely, but I'm eating a little more fruit since I am really hungry in the late afternoon. Hopefully this is just a little glitch. Started my monitored workouts today, it does make you work harder because you can see your intensity and range of motion on a little monitor while you are using it. Burned 300 calories today! It seems like I will lose 2 lbs a month just by doing the workouts 4 x a week. We shall see.

Fruit is good to eat, but it contains natural sugars, so we have to be careful. I would try eating veggies when you are hungry. I keep them close at all times. I container with a variation of different ones so I don't get bored of a certain type. Right now I am packing red, yellow and orange pepper slices and cherry tomatoes.
