Well, I re-started my diet today. I've decided to do "loose" Weight Watchers. I will watch my diet and count my food points very closely for awhile. Will pair this with exercise, with an emphasis on strength training. Otherwise, I'll be left with lots of loose flab in my belly and waist areas.
