**NOTES to myself***
Recording exactly what is consumed is misleading. Total counts will be way off for today, so clarification is added here.
I made the One Minute Muffin, which should have a net carb count of 2 grams. If I put in the entire 1/3 cup of flax meal the carb count will go to 40 something because FS does not give you any way to delete fiber carbs or edit in any way. This will be my explanation page so I have true information to fall back on without messing with my numbers.
I SHOULD have a 2 carb count so that is what my FS will show, regardless of how i get it there. HERE I will post the actual carb count was 21.08 less fiber of 18.1. That was for 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
