I REALLY need to get back on track! I am not sure how I fell off and can't seem to get back on! Whats is going on with me? I can't seem to stop the sweet cravings and when I have a sweet I can't STOP!! I have gained back 16 pounds since July!! I have a goal of 150 by my Anniversary (June 26) that's 28 lbs!! I feel hopeless with no control!!

I've had some luck beating sweet cravings by drinking tea instead and putting some sugar in it. You can add about 50 calories with a few packets of sugar, but that's a *lot* better than eating candy or cookies. Try green tea or my favorite, Yogi brand Peach Detox (peachy with cinnamon, and really helps digestion). Keep trying!
