I was down to 181.6, but checked in again after 2 weeks and was at 182.4. who knows could just be water weight but I will say did take off 2 weeks calculating my food and the gym. I honestly am so happy with my decision because I now have a positive experience with taking a break and knowing I can get back on track with out any guilt! meanwhile while I wasnt logging I did take some of the tools I've learned so far from this app and counting macros. I believe doing this break was very healthy for my mind, body and soul !
