I was down to 181.6, but checked in again after 2 weeks and was at 182.4. who knows could just be water weight but I will say did take off 2 weeks calculating my food and the gym. I honestly am so happy with my decision because I now have a positive experience with taking a break and knowing I can get back on track with out any guilt! meanwhile while I wasnt logging I did take some of the tools I've learned so far from this app and counting macros. I believe doing this break was very healthy for my mind, body and soul !

Although weight might be a little lower 184 or so maybe ( weighed different time and fully clothed ) I will say this app is helping but the goal I entered is to be 167 by the end of November and I don't think that is going to happen. So that being said, this app is helpful for reaching your goal but not accurate when it comes to reaching goal weight by the automated date set. Anyone else come to this finding ? My macros have been pretty spot on each month and have had 2 days in the last 4 months that were slightly over calorie goal ( less than or eqaul to 100 calories ) that being said physically the difference is very noticable. I weightlift and do cardio as well so maybe that has a part to play in it.
