I am taking Mike's advice, changing the my weight goal to reflect my mini goals, soooo the next goal is get to 240, sure hate having to confess to that number. Guess if I confronted it on daily basis I might reach a new level of SERIUOS weight loss. Good Luck, may we all reach our next goal!

easier to hit mini goals and more motivational toooo!!!! you can do this!!!!...just takes time and that drive...lol...you have both...

Yayaya!! I couldn't agree more! I need to have something within "reach" for me to feel motivated and not sunk. I think you'll find it helpful, too. =D I'm still working for my first "mini", but I set it a 40lb loss, but only a third of my ultimate goal. Thinking a 20 or 25 lb mini after this will be better for me. lol YOU can DO IT!!

I agree the mini goals are great especially if you have a great non-food reward. SERIOUS wieght loss here we come.
