Went to the Dr's yesterday and I'm down 2 pounds! Yeah....I knew my scale was off a little bit..but now I know for sure.:-)
I still need to lose this last 8 pounds and it's proving to be very difficult. I still haven't added a true workout regime, so maybe it's time for some exercise!

Yea! Good job! Yes, a bit of walking could be the trick or a 30 mins exercise video a few times a week could make a huge difference. :) Keep it up! :)
