Ok, so yesterday I decided to do a 3 day detox cleanse by Dr. Oz. to see if I can get my metabolism moving. So I did lose 2.2 lbs in one day, which was good. Woke up with bad headache, so probably needed the detox. Will do this for the remainder of days and see if it will do anything for my body. If so, I shall do this at least once a month. The breakfast and dinner shakes are good, the lunch was not that good. :(

But if it works and helps me lose weight, I shall do it. The bath was relaxing and soothing as well.
