Thanks to everyone! I am feeling better today. Yesterday I was VERY good, stuck to the diet, went to the gym, then did 45 minutes on the treadmill after dinner.

Was rewarded with a 1 lb loss this morning (also got my period, so the lack of weight loss and general crappy attitude could have been PMS)

Thanks everyone, still going.
