Woohoo. It seems that my metabolic furnace is beginning to heat up a little. Things were slowing down quite a bit, but you know; I wasn't really worried about it this time. I'm getting a lot better at staying away from the scales and I've been finding a lot of little ways of increasing my activity. I've been parking at the back of the parking lot, volunteering for assignments at work that I would ordinarily avoid because of their strenuousness, etc... I have settled into this routine quite nicely and I'm enjoying the fruits of my labor.
