At last yesterday I got around subscribing to the Virgin Active Gym, and early this morning (by 05:00 am) myself and two friends began our day with almost 1 hour training at the gym.

I did 25 minutes cycling at moderate speed; 10 minutes stomach exercises and 10 minutes weight lifting exercises (lower body).

The rest of the day, I have truely felt wonderful...
