Well,I am still trying to find my "diet" self! Not being totally careless - but not what I should be doing either! Hard time getting back on the wagon. Thanks so much for all the encouragement from everyone. I praise you all for your courage and perserverance! I read everything I can that is positive - hoping to catch that train soon.
