Feeling awesome again!
I did the Aqua Fit Plus class last night at the Y. It was great and kicked my butt! I plan on doing it twice a week, and maybe try the Aqua Zumba on Fridays. I really needed some change and this is it!
I lost another pound! I still can't really tell, but I have a lot to lose.
I can't believe I'm approaching the 280's. I don't know the last time I weighed in that range! On the way in to work this morning, I got mad at myself..WHY didn't I do this sooner?? I could have spent the better years of my life as a healthier and better looking person! Oh well,the past is the past, and I'm trying to build a better future for me and my family. I don't want my son to be embarrassed by his mom. I want to be able to go on roller coasters with him!
