ok. So I found the culprit that made me so ill. It was the darn coconut oil!!Unbelievable!! I had no clue, until I read another person's post wondering if anyone noticed side effects- and after I felt unwell drinking coconut milk. I never noticed that before, but I never had coconut oil in these amounts before! I'm amazed!

So I'm giving this low-carb another (cautious) try- mainly curious if the same thing will happen sans the coconut oil. Typical research Scientist. Must become Guinea Pig for darn curiosity. ;)

With slight modifications, though. I will keep eating some fruit. I love them, It did me good, and it made me feel better. Lucky, I like berries more then any other fruit!

Wow. I have consumed some really substantial quantities of coconut oil, coconut butter, etc., and never felt any bad effect from them. I wonder if it is possible to be allergic to coconut.

Micki good job figuring out what was making you so ill. I came across quite a few coconut allergy articles but when I try to post it, it only allows the first half of the website, I will inbox you :)

Thanks you all! Nope, not an allergy, LynCaro (Was tested). A side-effect. Everything can have a negative impact on your body, but not everyone reacts the same, so this proved to be my Achilles heel. So it's back to butter for me! It's ok, I just love that stuff, was trying to do the "healthy" thing, though :( . And my left over coconut oil serves now as a lovely skin moisturiser!That job it does well for me! Thanks for the info Celeste!! :)
