well here I am again...I'm going to start posting journals more often since I've been slacking lately. I am just too busy with life! Hopefully things will slow down in either July or August?! But I read over my goals that I have posted on my page and am starting to realize that I am not going to be able to finish a lot of my goals that I wanted to. I'm disappointed in myself because I want to lose weight so bad but I feel like my body won't allow me to get below 140! As soon as I start losing weight, I gain it back and I'm not even changing anything! Anyways, I'm done feeling sorry for myself now, I'm just sooo frustrated!

ok, yeah, well said, you're done feelign sorry for yourself. Feeling down on ourselves is the surest way to self-sabotage, so don't even let yourself indulge in it. Just do one thing--resolve to visit this site daily and journal. Just this one thing will make a world of difference (trust me! They don't pay me to sell this site ;) LOL!). This is working for me--and for many others. Because it makes you take care of business EACH day. Even if you blow it on any given day, it helps you still track the triggers and become more accountable. It helps prevent one day become one month! And it motivates you due to the many fresh things here dails: other stories, new challenges, new ideas, people's helpful tips and personalized suggestions etc....good luck! You can do this!!!!!
