Depends which diet you follow. Low Carb should be 40-70% Fat, 15 - 30% Protein and Carbs as low as possible 15-30%. For Keto ( Banting) no more than 20-30g of carbs

I have never heard of data being screwed ... if you put in your data, your macros are calculated according to your height, weight and activity level. Try it !! (At least get an idea ) good luck 👍🏻

@Jodi. I did try it, and continued reading the paragraph under the macro results. Thats where i saw the say the results can be skewed in obese people. Here is link
