on tuesday when i weighted it was the most awesome feeeling,i have lost 40.4 lbs since the end of march, 40lbs in 4 months , i have amazed myself,never thiking i could have done this , this far!i did not eat 1100cals today but it is now almost 2 am i unbelieveably i am not even hungry, i use to always ..always been hunger or maybe it was mental , or i was bored?
