I decided after I saw a challenge that I was going to drink a gallon on water a day. For us Canadians that's around 3.7L I figured, why not make it 4L even. Easier that way.

Well shit. This is not easy. You have to think this out. I'm still not convinced I can drink this in a day. I'm at 2.5 L right now and we're at 3:30 pm lol not much time left.

I need a trunk like this Elephant. I wonder how much water they can fit into their trunks?

Interesting challenge! I read somewhere to take weight (in pounds), divide by 2 and that's how many ounces of water we need each day. ie: 200 pounds = 100 oz. Which means I am waaaaayyyyy behind! LOL I will up my water intake, too! :) Good luck!

Hi i drink 2to 4l or even more. I always put a lot of lemon in my water so it taste like a juice😂 so it’s more easy that way. And i drink when i a working out or just eating. Keep going. Water is good for the skin
