I have an old problem that is cropping up. I have been doing well on this SBD for the past 10 or 11 days or so, and going to sleep at a normal hour helps me stay on program.

I sometimes (too often) stay up very very late because I know that I can sleep in the next morning as I am a retiree. The problem is that for the past few nights, after dinner and snack, I snack again-and I get in too much food. Will try shutting down TV (I have TIVO) and computer. So it seems to me it is not only diet that is important, but good health all around.....I am lacking lots of self-cotrol.

I hear you! I am full after dinner, but then staying up later to watch t.v etc throws off the program. I say to myself, I will have a drink of water and see if I just get full. Or I have a sugar free fudgesicle which norammly does the trick. Or go to bed and read/watch t.v. so I am not so close to the fridge!! good luck!

Late night snacking is my downfall. I try not to go in the kitchen except for water or I will splurge on a little diet soda. You have the willpower, you can do it!

I had that problem too, my willpower just went down the drain. So, my hubby bought me a pair of 2 lb hand weights and I started doing those old fashioned calesthenics exercises while watching tv at night and those midnight munchies went away!
