I had a big scare with my BGL yesterday. I got home from work and I was exhausted. My husband asked me to ride along with him to pick up our son from TKD camp. I started to develop a terrible headache and all I wanted to do was sleep. Got home, checked my BGL and surprise, surprise it was 389. I have not had a reading that high ever. My number this morning was elevated again. So, I'm back at basics. No red meat, no breading, nothing other than coffee, tea, and water until it regulates. I am going to give it a few days to even out with extremely measured meal options. If it does not regulate by the weekend then I am going to the doctor.
