What an awsome week I've now lost 50 lbs since I started October 2nd, im staying on track exercising more, I met my goal this month. The 170's were a bit of a struggle up and down in that range for too long but got through it. Now on to my next goal to be at 153 lbs by March 4th 2013. So 7 lbs to get there im sure I can do that and hoping I can do more then that. Just wanted to add only 35 more lbs to get to my goal weight, and so close now I can almost see that finish line.
