Well home now from our camping trip and 5K run up north. I was busy/lazy so I did not log any of my foods eaten. I ate some good amounts of junk and enjoyed lots of beer:-) The weather was not good camping weather. Lots of rain and storms! My in-laws were staying in a hotel about 15 mins away so that helped us greatly! There was threats of tornadoes 2 days in a row. First night we left the tent and stayed in hotel came back to half the tent knocked over, next day was worse with trees down and our whole tent toppled. Luckily no one at the camp ground was hurt but lots of damage and another tent was blown into the pond! Race went well but was cut short. I was so happy with myself to run the full time I got to run. I was shorted .4 of a mile due to lightening.
