An update.
So I did my work out today. Added a set to my arms, chest and back reps. I also did much better on my abs now that I do the abs first and the weights after.
My meal was great I made Chinese chicken drumsticks with a big salad. The only problem was I didn't get to eat all the chicken as my little boy was nicking them. Now he is stealing my lime water!
All in all it came in at 1200Kcal which gives me plenty of leeway for tomorrow!
I am very happy with myself. I can see the weight loss especially on my chest and stomach. My abs actually hurt and my shoulders feel tighter. I just need to not give up.
