THERE"S the movement on that scale. I did drop the calories about 200-300 but I HONESTLY think the bigger difference is the damn protein bars. I think they give you such nutrients that require nothing of your body to metabolize....like whole food does...AND not a lot of waste/fiber so it all gets absorbed, that they are far better for those trying to gain than those trying to lose. THAT IS MY PERSONAL, FROM EXPERIENCE, NON-PROFESSIONAL, OPINION! And I'm not TOUCHING them. I would sooner eat a whole grain granola bar FULL of carbs than a protein bar full of protein! How is that for an absolute switch from diet fad bibles everywhere!???
Anyway.....happy as a clam....lifting and RUNNING (BOOO you know how I hate it). BUT I LOVE THE CUTS THAT POP OUT ON MY LEGS WHEN I DO!!!!! It's WORTH it! I also do the ab routine and yoga routine twice a week from P90X. AWESOME!!!!
That's it! Down to 14.7% bodyfat. Rock ON!
