First time trying the new salad bar in the office complex where I work. This looks promising.

It was good, definitely will get again if I don’t have time to meal prep/am low on groceries at home. I loved all the grilled veggies (asparagus, beats, and carrots) 😍😍😍.

See you're weighing yourself daily You should really try one weigh day and week I do Sunday to sunday it helps from getting Discouraged just and idea
