Exercise Day 1

I didn't realise how out of shape I was. I only had to do twenty mins of weights and five mins on abs and stomach. The weights I got through after reducing the amount of weight on the dumbbells but the abs I only made 2 out of 3 sets which was very disappointing.


I think tomorrow I will do the abs first as my arms and shoulders can take the work out but my stomach needs work.


A great cold shower after felt wonderful plus it gives the added bonus of burning even more calories. Time for my morning coffee then to work the rest of the day.


Even though I failed to complete my workout I am proud of myself for even doing it.
