I am not sure if it was because I cut out over 200Kcal yesterday or if it was because I wasn't as busy today but I was really hungry over an hour before my due meal time.
My dinner was great but I think a two egg omelet is enough, three was way too many and I couldn't finish it.
Next dilemma. I have to start exercising next week. I hate exercise with a passion. And no good telling me to find something I like because I hate all of it especially sports. I don't even watch sports let alone do them.
