Consistently losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. It's very manageable, need to add variety to keep it interesting. Doing a 1,000 C. a day (more or less), it's easy. Need to get back to fish 3 times a week for the good cholesterol. I have a treat every week (usually something with rich cheese, or creamy sauce).
