I managed to eat 1700Kcal today. I didn't realise how much that is in amount of food, until I had to cook it and eat it in one go. Usually when I diet I have to find things to take out of my meal but today I was struggling to add!

In the end I added three slices of bacon to my steak dinner along with a lettuce and grated carrot salad with a mayo based dressing and cheddar cheese.

Have a little to go as my actual RDI is 1900kcal but I changed it to 1800Kcal because I really have a sedate lifestyle. I actually have 80Kcal to go but my hour is up in 22mins and I am so stuffed I couldn't eat another thing.

Today's meal
130g Steak no fat, onions, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, two slices of ham, three slices of bacon, one fried egg, all cooked in olive oil with two tbs of BBQ sauce. Lettuce, carrot, cheddar cheese with ranch dressing. Estimated calories 1700Kcal
