Been a long time and the number on the scale is NOT looking good. Gained back what I lost and have to start over again. Can't really figure out what is wrong with me?!?! Tax season, vacation, visit with relatives, death in the family....all contributing to gaining the weight back but, now all that is over and I am soooo tired all the time and have no will power. Shocked that I gained it all back since I really don't feel like I was eating a lot. I seem to gain super easily...guess it is part of getting older.
