I'm so turned off to food right now. That is, the food I used to eat, although it wasn't necessarily bad as far as nutrients go. I just ate too much! My main problem time has always been after work when relaxing at home. We will have a glass (or two) of wine and snack. And snack... until dinner. And then eat a whole dinner. My God, what was I thinking?
I see the error of my ways now. Ok, to be honest, I knew it was a bad thing but I told myself there was no way to stop. That's right. No way to stop? Please, someone hit me over the head with a brick. But the thing is, I was eating healthy foods, like almonds and 7 grain artisan bread, and oh Lordy...Kettle potato chips made with avocado oil. I didn't think a wit about that little measure of fuel burning energy called a calorie. Well, believe me, I'm thinking about it now.
2 weeks in (I started with another app) and 2 solid pounds gone. It's a beginning.
