Today is day 4 of the diet. I have lost 1.8kg since the start.
I already had lunch but I feel shakey and my head spinning. I'm not sure why. I'm now drinking a diet coke to see if the sweetners in there will help a bit.
Anybody have a cure for this?

Gemmerkoekie's you must be carefull...try to stabalize your bloodsugar then this will not happen and you will not need a Diet Coke which is full of hidden sugars and going to give you an energy spike and afterwords you going to feel shaky again. You should have drink another protein shake or eat cheese to solve the problem.

Usually on day 4 of ANY diet the detox is kicking in, get some protein in. good luck.
