I was wondering about recording the time i spend at work as part of my daily activity or exercise? I am a waitress and stand and am moving 6 hours or more...I notice other members add housework, drive times, sitting at a desk...etc... I never thought of it as exercise, I only count my workouts or swimming! Any comments?

I put everything I do into my activity log. When I was working, I worked in a factory and the teacher at my weightloss class told me that my job counted as exercise because I was moving for more than 10 minutes.
