today i feel tired , i did not weigh myself , decided weighting everyday may be messing with my head,so i was not hungry in the evening but for a snack i added a yogurt and half of a cup of 2% milk and trail nut crunch cereal to up my cals, i still had less than 1400 cals, but some one told me to try uping my cals to "throw" my body off,today i did not even "poop" lol i have kids, can you tell? so i am still fell fruasted being stuck @ 145lbs!
