I love all this support. Changing habits are really hard, but with friends it’s got to be easier. One thing olive cut out is alcohol.. which has to be good? I was drinking a bottle of wine a night before starting this... yikes.

Changing habits is everything! Never feel ashamed. Wine 🍷 is healthy in moderation you can fit it into your weekly deficit, unless you feel like it posed a problem.
