For whatever it's worth, I think you're at the right place. You'll get a lot of encouragement, good information, and camraderie on FS. My opinion is that it works best when you use it VERY regularly -- weigh in and journal daily. Of course everyone is different and you have to find what works best for you. Anyway -- WELCOME. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress. You're gonna feel so much better after you start losing a few pounds.
