Journal for today part two.
Well our little town team did not win but they did really well!! Only 3-2 in the end. Ionly had a few crisps and some popcorn & several cups of tea! I also had a shot on the wii fit, it was fun. My balance turned out to be terrible! Hmm must practise a bit more!! Have had Italian veggies and pasta for tea and have some berries defrosting to have with some natural yoghurt for pud. yum. Big training walk tomorrow of 16 miles, we start at 7 am so have to get up around 6.15 to make sure i get some b/fast as didnt the last couple of walks and was starving on my return. Think museli will be the best thing tomorrow.
Will fill you all in on the walk tomorrow sometime.
