Just finished reading Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser) book that was a free download from Borders app. She really talks to me, lots of real science on hormones and how we mess them up by eating all the garbage we do! Our bodies are amazing and we treat them like dirt. So taking some of her hints and incorporating into my eating patterns. Got an IPad or IPhone?
