A Short Walk in My Shoes...

Alright guys, I'm back on here and going to try to stay! After an extremely stressful month I completely neglected fatsecret and all of my fatsecret friends! I really want to lose weight, but it's just so frustrating when you don't see the numbers go down but instead go up! So here I am at another go and going to try this zigzag diet that I have been hearing good things about! So in conclusion, I am sorry to all of my friends who I have been neglecting and I AM BACK!
