I weigh twice a week and record once a week. I got on the scale this morning and I finally reached 30 lbs lost. I suppose I should be happier, but all I can think of is how much more I need to lose. I am still a big girl at 254 pounds 5' 5". I just can't believe I let myself get so fat. Anyways, I am proud of myself for sticking with it and I will continue to lose, I hope. I have this intense fear that the weight loss will stop and there will be nothing I can do about it. I think that fear stems from all the times in the past I would lose 20-40 pounds then boom, I would stop losing then give up and gain it all back. I have to say the fear of failing at weight loss is my biggest fear in life. I need a return to health and to set this example for my children.
