I haven't worked out in a month, and I haven't been eating 100% well either 😅 Been sitting with an injured hip/groin for a month and got sick in between. FUN!! Fortunately the physio gave me the go ahead to start doing 10-minute brisk walks and progress to jogging once I can manage that without pain. Yay!

Selfde het met my gebeur! Ek het In Mei alle vorm van stap / draf gestop - 2 spiere geskeur en dit was flippin seer as ek probeer vinnig loop, trappe klim ens! Gaan vanmiddag kyk hoe dit gaan - ek is amper te bang die pyn is terug as ek gaan probeer om 'n entjie te draf 😬 maar 5 weke v geen oefening was dalk genoeg tyd om te herstel!
