I was planning to do stir fry tonight, but think I'll go out for boiled crawfish instead. You're looks so delicious!

Thank you! I par boiled the broccoli and then added the precooked meat (smoked tri-tip)and onions and sautéed about 5 minutes. Lastly, added the soft vegetables and cooked for about 5 minutes.
I used a little olive oil and sesame oil. Also, found a pre-made broccoli beef sauce. Used sparingly.
