A 56 year old homemaker/entrepreneur and a mother of 3 adult kids (29 boy, 25 girl, and 24 girl), who loves to cook and sing in an online karaoke ocasionally. My weight has been a roller coaster for the past 7 years. My heaviest weight was in 2018 up to early 2019 at 78kg. I managed to lost 13kg at the end of 2019 but slowly gaining it back since then. I was 72.5kg this Feb 2023.

I wasn't able to perform moderate exercises like I used to do. I slept too late at nights that I can't help searching the fridge for some food. My work kept me confined on my desk the whole day and even in the evening that is why this weight gain. I am quite worried I might develop diseases like diabetes, cardio vascular and hypertension that's why I started taking charge of my health.

This 2023 I am determined to give it a try again. I am not rushing, I will do it a healthy way. I know I can do it with my family and friends' support.

I am doing this for the love of myself.
