Day 4 of Insanity - Cardio Recovery: done. While it was much easier than the other workouts, it gave my muscles a really good burn. Who ever thought deep squats & lunges would be part of a RECOVERY day? Well, I suppose that's why it works.
I woke up a lot less sore this morning. Having to get up for the morning pee didn't make me wanna cry. Granted, muscles are still sore, but I think they are starting to remember what exercise feels like.
I'm going to try to cut 100 extra calories today to make up for the lighter workout. From everything I've read, I can estimate today's workout at just under half of a normal routine.
On the to do list: buy a HRM for better calorie burning accuracy.
