Today was one baaaaaad eating day. I gave into all temptation. I have yet to add up my calories and wonder if I can even find the foods I ate on FS list. In any event, I have come clean, weak thing that I am, and will strengthen up for tomorrow's battle! (empty words?). I so wish I could match my actions with my words! This is really so much like being an alcoholic-the temptation just never goes away and lately I give in to it so easily. Then again, today was 1 bad day in many good days, so that's something to look at too-When I lose control as I did today I become hysterical that I will gain back all my weight, and lose all my will power. Hmm.....my will power is out to lunch, snacks, eating eveything that is off limits. I think it is the 6-7 month itch. I'll have to reign it in. Here's to clean slates and new beginnings...................AGAIN!!!!

just one baaad day! you know the drill and how to do it. You'll get back on track and that weight swing will swing right down again fast.

Whoops I did it again!!!! I can live with it......When I am on target it is one week at a time, a bit off, 1 day at a time, right now it is 1 meal at a time.............Looking forward to a healthy next meal-I'm on vacation and it is tough with all my eating out dates (excuses, excuses, excuses) - In a way I can't wait for next Wednesday when I go home and back to basics.

Hang in there Susie, it happens to me quite a lot too. We can't be perfect in any of this. Calm down take your time, eating moderately of whatever you crave, and then slowly bring yourself back to where you feel you should be. You know that you can do it!

Thanks info (and all others who have posted)-the word "calm" is getting to me and moderate too! I have to come to terms with the fact that this is a slippery slope that I am on and if I fall of it can be with moderation and not last forever.

We all feel like that and have those 'not so good' days...(as you know by reading MY journal...grrr to me!)...we're all going to be more focused starting now! Okey Dokey? :o) I know it's tuff when you're not home, but moderation is good...go with that. :o) Good days ahead!!
