Began induction on January 2, 2013 one month after being diagnosed with PCOS. I am finally ready to embrace the change that comes with weight loss after finally finding the courage to move towards my goal.

You can do this! I started on Monday and I'm down 7lbs already, I'm sure it's just water weight but it's a start! Good luck! :-)
