I had the carbiest Thursday- Sunday that included everything from hibiscus margaritas,Raising Canes,Cinnabon, coconut ice cream on a red velvet waffle cone, and the creamiest mashed potatoes I'd ever made. But Monday morning I was right back at it and my body rewarded me! I love this thing called balance :) Happy Hump day!

I'm not sure how the weight is falling off haha I haven't been working out *much* this week and my appetite disappeared so I know I haven't been eating as much as I should. I am meal planning for next week because my birthday is two weeks away so I want to be as close to Onederland as possible.. that would be the BEST birthday gift EVER! also, NSV for today, I bought this shirt back in December that I couldn't zip all the way. It would only zip like 80% of the way and I told my hubby that I wanted to wear it for my b-day dinner with our friends. This morning after weighing, I tried it on and it zipped!! The back is open and I didn't hate the way it looked.. yea there are a *few* by a few I mean, I'm nitpicking, creases that I could do without but I felt absolutely FAB :) what a great way to start my day!! Happy Friday! y'all!!

Just checkin in :) No loss or gain. Things have been a bit chaotic since the hubs has returned from his work trip so I've been focused on getting back on track. Lately my stuggle has been deciding on what to make for dinner every night. I have breakfast, lunch, and snacks down but dinner is still a mystery especially since I like experiment and switch it up. I guess I need to explore pinterest and blogs more for some ideas and I definitely need to get back to making a menu over the weekend so I can be prepared. My bday is coming up soon and I need to stick to keto as closely as possible so I can indulge a lil bit at all the events we have coming up without feeling guilty :) well that's it for today.
